Hi,

When i create a virtual machine it is only available for the user who created it. How can i replicate that configration for all users.

My operating system host is a Windows 7 running a virtual machine of Fedora.

Add a system wide variable called VBOX_USER_HOME and point it to a location where every user has read and write privileges. Reboot the system and VB will now look in that location for VMs for all users. Do note that every VM is now created there, you can't have private VMs without changing the variable somehow when you start VB.

What if I want only 1 VM to be shared but not others.

I want 1 VM say alluserVM

And I will produce more VMs later with name extraVM2 and extraVM3
But I dont want to share this with other users, neither give them power to delete. Cause simple password would have been a solutin, but they can delete it.

The advice above is 5 years old, it is obsolete and in any case was about a subtly different subject: how to ensure that future VMs are created in a shared space. Wheras you want to locate a single existing VM in a shared space.

So - move that one VM to common folder space and have each user register it separately.
