I imaged a older Win XP system (SP3) all updates. I used TrueImage Echo to image and created the image drives. Amazingly everything worked great from the start. Mouse worked no problems
I have a wireless logitech keyboard mouse combo. Never see this behaviou before. Looking for help on fixing this.
Then I installed guest additions into the guest and my mouse now is sporadically working with the following symptoms:
Click lightly on a window header and it goes full screen.
Scrolling randomly opens menus
Try to resize a window and a control like the windows volume control pops up and you can not resize.
Scrolling in a window scrolls, but when you stop scrolling it resets itself to original position.
Some other quirky things.
Keyboard works OK.
Cheers
Stan

Couple of things here. First uninstall the logitech mouse drivers in the guest. It will conflict with the VirtualBox mouse.
Next make sure that the absolute pointing device is disabled in the guests settings.

Perryg,
Thanks for the suggestions. I did it and it fixed my problems. Should have considered it myself.
