How to insert floppies?

I know this is a noobish question but how do i insert floppies in virtual box? I tried to use the insert option. I cant add a floppy. Any help?

Look in the storage settings of the guest. By default the floppy controller is not installed. Click add and select the floppy controller then click add new drive. Attach it to the hosts floppy and you should be good.

you have to add it in settings also if the host computer did not come with a fdd you can use a vitrtual floppy. just go to your fav searcher and type virtual floppy disk or vfd.

No need for that on the Host. He just needs to read the User Manual.
