VPN on bridged connexion with Win7

Hi All,
I installed Vbox 3.2.10 on a Mac OS X. I setup the netwok card as bridged, this way I got internet and I can ping any server I want.
In the same time, I would like to connect in VPN to my work network, but here is the my problem.
I tried to set-up the VPN connexion in the guest machine but it cannot connect.
When I set-up the VPN connexion on the Host OS it is connecting correctly, I can connect to a folder on my work network or remotely to some machines. But when i go back to the Guest OS, the network is not accessible.
I tried to change the network setting on the host and the guest machine but nothing is working, i still cannot access to the VPN connexion on the guest.
Do you have any idea ?
