Need Guidance on Moving to Bigger Dynamic Virtual Disk
Posted: 19. Nov 2010, 16:02
I have a MacBook Pro that has been upgraded to 1 TB disk space.
Before, on VirtualBox, I installed Windows Vista (Ugh), but upgraded it to Windows 7. The (dynamic) Virtual Drive Size I picked was 20 GB. I recently found out that Windows 7 operating system uses pretty much all of 20 GB. Now Windows 7 thinks I'm out of disk space.
To save the time of reinstalling Vista and re-upgrading to 7, should I:
Clone/copy the existing installation onto a new larger VB virtual drive?
or
Add another dynamic virtual disk for other programs and files?
Thanks in advance for any information,
Lambanlaa
