Seemless on Dock instead of above it

I used parrallels and a feature that I liked was the "start" button was on the dock. So whenever I clicked on "Start" the menu would pop up and the program would run in its own window.

My question is, can VirtualBox do this?

I used the seemless with my XP Pro but I get the horizontal bar above the "Dock" which still uses up space.

Such integration is not available. Maybe in the future, you never know.
