You can do this with Bridged, Host-only, or Internal.
What seems to be the problem?
What are you trying to do exactly with these VMs all in a workgroup?

Can anybody give me instructions?

Put them all in the same type of network, ( I suggest internal) and make sure that are all in the same workgroup and all have different computer names and IP addresses.
If the guests need the Internet setup a router for them
http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewforum.php?f=25 or add a second adapter to each set to NAT.

Hi, it's not working. And that picture of a network doesn't help.

A workgroup is just a Microsoft concept. There is no setup as such. If you connect two Windows machines with a crossover cable or plug two machines into the same switch you have a workgroup! By default it will be called "Workgroup".
What exactly do you want to do? If you want a workgroup consisting of virtual machines only, connect the NIC in each vm to an internal network. This is equivalent to plugging physical machines into the same switch, anf you have a workgroup. If you want to include the host and/or physical machines in the workgroup, you need to modify the networking. If you want Internet access you also need to change the networking, but that has nothing to do with whether you have a workgroup or not. If you want non-Microsoft machines included it gets more complicated, but none ot that has anything directly yo do with VirtualBox. Two or more Windows machines in the same network form a workgroup.

How to connect the NIC?

I suggest you do some studying on networks, how they work, how to create.
Look into IP addresses and how these work.
Set all your VM's to Internal Network for now and play around with this.
You can't expect someone on this forum to create a document detailing every step to achive what you are after.

How to connect the NIC?
You allocate NICs in the vm to networks from the Settings in the VirtualBox GUI (while the vm is shut down).

Why are you flaming me? I know how to do that stuff, i set up my own network at home. I'm just *sort of* new to virtual computers. But i do know a lot about computers.

True, but if you want to know about networks, a networking forum would be more appropriate than a virtual machine forum.
Networking with virtual machines and virtual networks works just like it does with physical machines and networks.

Ok, this may sound stupid. But, don't you need a router to connect two or more computers to a network? So, how to create a router in VB?

You don't need a router to connect two or more PC to a network. You need a switch.
I know the picture in the link didn't help you but did you read the information that was there?

OK you said you know about networking. I can appreciate that you are learning. Look it goes like this.
Start by using (2) guests. Set them to use the internal adapter. They will only be able to talk to each other and nothing else.
They need to be in the same network scheme. 10.0.X.X and the subnets need to match.
they also need to be in the same workgroup (if windows).
Make this work (where they see each other) and I will give you the rest.
