Gosh, I've tried. The thing (Windows Server 2008 R2 'Datacenter') won't see my other Vista VM. Oh, in VBox There is no 'IP address' and no 'subnet' or 'Network scheme'. Just the MAC address. Now THAT is confusing!

@ FrodoHobbits: It's OK. ;)

Internal is like a network switch. No dhcp so give them an address and subnet and see if they can talk. Just don't use the address of your local network.
Try ip=10.0.0.5 subnet=255.255.255.0 for one and ip=10.0.0.10 subnet=255.255.255.0 for the other one.

Honestly you really need to read up on networking. It will make you life much easier.

You need to goto the network properties of each VM's Local Area Connection and assign the IP's there.

You know all about networks and computers but you can't sort something as simple as this out.
I'm afraid I can't help you any further.
Go to your local library and get out a book on Networking, what you are after will be covered right at the start.

You see, i have read one. But nowhere can i find to change it. That is all i need right now, then that will help me a LOT.

I see that 'Values' but what puzzles me is how to change it.

Bryan,
Google it! put change ip address on (what ever guest you want) in a google search. There are plenty of resources.
VirtualBox provides the mechanism to make this happen but has nothing to do with the individual guests.

Can the (2) guests ping each other?
What does ipconfig /all say on each guest?
