I am wanting to create a windows 7 virtual image from MDT 2010 using PXE boot. I have tried booting from the network, (PXE) and also from a DVD I created in MDT 2010. Both options give me a 0xc0000225 error. I have the Broadcom NIC bridged and I'm using the Intel Pro/1000 MT VB NIC driver. The intel site tells me the Intel NIC is seen by Windows 7 so I am not sure where to start looking. I have a task sequence created in MDT 2010 to install Windows 7 from source files and it works great deploying it to a hard drive but not to VirtualBox. Has anyone used VirtualBox with MDT 2010 sucessfully?

I had to change the VM setting under System to "Enable IO APIC" to get x64 bit PE to boot properly.
