Creation date error when sharing hard drive using VirtualBox

Hi there
Earlier this year I shared my internal MacBook hard drive and some external hard disks via the sharing options in VirtualBox. However when I then moved across some photos/video from my camera to my OS X hard drive, in Snow Leopard, the creation dates were incorrect in the Windows 7 guest.
When I moved some photos/video from my camera to an external NTFS formatted hard drive, linked to my Snow Leopard and shared through VirtualBox, it wrote the wrong creation dates to the files that I had moved. It didn't however affect the modification dates.
Has anyone else come across this issue? If not I can file it as a bug.
Since that time I have changed my way of working so that the drives are shared via a host-only adaptor. However that causes problems in Windows 7, every time I restart, since it doesn't remember the password for my Snow Leopard user account, even though it matches the Windows 7 account.
Kind regards
