guest Windows Xp reboots after moving to another hardware

hi all,
first i will describe what i have:
host 1:
host OS: Original Windows 7 64bit, fully updated
4gb ram
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9000 2.00 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce 9800M GS 786 Mb
WDC WD5000BEVT-22ZAT0 ATA HDD (500gb)
and i try to move whole Virtual Machines, to another computer:
host 2:
host OS: Original Windows 7 64-bit, fully updated
4gb ram
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.40 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX 768 Mb
SAMSUNG HD501LJ ATA 500GB
for the last 6h i tried to succesfully move virtual machines from first computer, to the second, but with no luck. I used clonevdi command, and clonehd, to make copies of the virtual hard drives, transfered them in any possible way between hosts, but with no luck in running them after moving.
The guest system is Windows XP 32bit Sp3, original and fully updated. The problem is, that after moving the virtual machine from one pc to another it doesnt boot. I see the welcome screen, but then the system reboots. I turned off autoreboot on system crash, and then i can see only plain blue screen (not bsod). I can run the guest windows xp in safemode (even with network support), but i cant manage to fix the system.
The geust system has been customized and fully updated, which takes about 4 hours. And there are a lot of programs installed, i do not like the idea of reinstalling everything again on the second host. I think, that the idea of virtual machines is to make them as portable as possible, and i want to achieve that.
I have tried to find a solution on many forums, but only encountered suggestions to reinstall windows xp. Has anynoe encountered such problems, or can find a solution? I can post ntbtlog.txt translated to english here, but almoust any driver fails to load. It starts with:
"Computer PC with ACPI interface Driver failed to load"
and next are audio drivers, video drivers, media drivers, procesor intel driver, and every other dirver.
I tried every possible config of the VirtualBox, but nothing matters. I run the guest with disabled sound, tried to reinstal video driver in recovery mode, but didnt help. Done chckdisk but no errors found. I tried uninstaling video, and processor drivers in windows xp safe mode, but nothing changed.
Please help if you can!
