Post by timtimtim »

Hello, everyone,
Does such a device driver exist?
Will upgrade to later VBox if required.
Thanks.

Thanks for replying, Stefan
virtio-win-1.1.11-0.iso downloaded but no w2k drivers as far as I can tell. Tried the XP driver (sometimes you get lucky) but to no avail.
Looks like I might have to go back to AMD PCNET III.

Hi,

on my search for XP-virtio-net-drivers i found this outdated version, that includes a driver for w2k:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/kvm/fil ... 081229.iso

Be warned: Avira Virus-Checker on my PC alerts on the Installer-exe in that ISO. But it's possible to install the driver by pointing the PnP-Hardwaremonitor directly to the .inf-file in the w2k in that iso...

Regards

Jan
