Unable to find directx

Hi,

I have installed the latest virtualbox (version 3.2.10) on MacOSx Leopard (10.6.4). I have installed Windows XP and 7 as guest OS's. I tried to run warcraft on the Windows OS'es but they give an error that directx 8.1 or greater is needed. I have manually installed directx 9 on both the guest os'es but this doesn't change anything. I have also enabled 2d and 3d acceleration in the settings for both the os'es. Do I have to do anything else?

PS: If someone knows the path to the gateways file in mac osx for warcraft, please let me know. That will be a great help.

Install the Guest Additions in safe mode like described in the manual.
