guru mediation error

dear all
i am using VBox 3.2.10 on windows 7 and i have been installed OS CentOS Linux on VBox and finished successfully but when i try to start CentOS the error below is appear

Well the message you posted says to send the guests log file. Please do so (as an attachment).
