In Host OS : The speed that downloading the file from FTP in the LAN can reach 10MBytes/s.
In Guest OS : The .... only 5MBytes/s.
I am using the way of "Bridged adapter".
Is it normal?
How can i improve the speed?

Try with the paravirtulaized (virtio) adapter in the network settings.
