Ok - first of all ive read alot of guides/tutorials/threads now (for the past 3hours) and my eyes are starting to bleed - i do not know what is wrong.

Host: XP 32bit
Guest XP 32bit

Ok what i have done:
>Installed Guest Additions (in safemode)
>installed Wined3d (in safemode)
>Enabled 3d acceleration

When i load dxdiag it either crashes or i get
Direct 3d Acceleration : Not available

I cant load programs that use 3d because of this.

PLEASE HELP!! thanks :)

The bold part was your demise. That is not needed because they are shipped with the Guest Additions. Installing the WineD3D libraries while you also have the Guest Additions installed will only give problems. I hope you have a snapshot from before the installation, else you have to start all over again.
The correct steps are:
- Set up a VM
- Enable 3D in it's settings
- Install Windows
- Install Guest Additions in safe mode.

That's about it. But you MUST have full hardware accelerated OpenGL on the Host for it to work. See the VirtualBox FAQ for compatible hardware, in case you have an old(er) system.
