Game server in Guest machine

Here is my setup:

Host Ubuntu 10.10 Desktop
Guest Ubuntu 10.10 Server
Virtualbox 3.2.10

I have installed Openarena (Q3A) game server on Guest machine. Now I wanna connect to it from Host.

First I tried through NAT and I fwd ports that game server listens on (27950) with following acctions:

VBoxManage setextradata Gamerji "VBoxInternal/Devices/pcnet/0/LUN#0/Config/openarena-ffa/HostPort" 27950
VBoxManage setextradata Gamerji "VBoxInternal/Devices/pcnet/0/LUN#0/Config/openarena-ffa/Protocol" UDP
VBoxManage setextradata Gamerji "VBoxInternal/Devices/pcnet/0/LUN#0/Config/openarena-ffa/GuestPort" 27950

Than I try to connect with openarena +connect localhost:27950 But I get error saying that nothing is running on this host

I can connect to ssh without any problems with

ssh -l gamer -p 2222  localhost

Than I tried Bridged connection. Guest got it's own IP 192.168.1.116 and when I ping it and ssh to it everything is good. But cannot connect with Openarena.

Any ideas?
