Remote Desktop works in XP guest, but how to share files?

My host and guest are both Windows XP Pro, 32 bit. I can connect to my guest with Remote Desktop Connection without any problems. But I can't figure out how to allow the remote client to upload and download files. Which Windows and/or VirtualBox settings do I need to change to allow this to happen?

Vbox shared folders, see the Manual for that or use RDP file transferring (options, local resources).
