This is an install of MAC OSX 10.6.3 Server using Virtualbox 3.2.10. I understand this is a licensing issue but this question should qualify under a MAC OSX Server install according to your policy.

Installation of the MAC OSX 10.6.3 Server on Windows 7
I have attempted to install the MAC OSX 10.6.3 on a windows 7 Virtual Box 3.2.10 installation. Here are the steps that I followed without success:

1 - Created an image file using disk utils on the MAC (P.S I also tried using " hdiutil convert /path/to/filename.dmg -format UDTO -o /path/to/savefile.iso", that is another post)

2 - copied the *.DMG image to PC using windows 7 and converted the image to an iso using IMGBURN :

3 - Using Virtual Box created an MAC VM and choose the MAC.iso as the bootable CD/DVD device as well as the hdd. I have viewed several how-to that use hacks to boot it up in Virtualbox or VMWARE but refuse to due so because of legality reasons including:

How can this be legitimately done?

Due to license restrictions the new Mac OS X as Guest feature is only available to users with Apple/Mac hardware, and only for "Mac OS X Server" installations as a guest OS. Any other combination is unsupported and will therefore not work. Any post that talks about a different combination will be removed without warning. Any discussions of ways to get around the Apple SLA will also be removed

This is an installation of MAC OSX 10.6 Server and it is the guest OS on a windows box. Complete legitimate copy, so this is a very confusing statement. If there is absolutely no support at all for this type of installation then Oracle should state it. But as you can read from the statement above that is not the case. Let me put this in simpler terms since you are obvious literate.

This is a MAC OSX 10.6 Server install ----------------

Due to license restrictions the new Mac OS X as Guest feature is only available to users with Apple/Mac hardware, and only for "Mac OS X Server" installations

being install on a Windows 7 pro workstation ---------------

installations as a guest OS

If you understand english I think that explains it very clearly. "You speaky English"

OOPs I didnt see the "and" above, how stupid of me!

Are you saying that you have Windows 7 installed on Apple/MAC hardware?

Keep it civil.

So now that we have that sorted out I will lock this topic to keep it from getting full of requests.
