Hi.
I have major issues with the implementation of the ovf format in VirtualBox.
It doesn't work!
I create machines at templates them export them to ovf. The I can't import them into my VMware ESX hosts, or the Xen hosts, because the format is not compatible and then on top of that I can't import them into back into VirtualBox, because of a but that causes the 2nd disk to be duplicated.
I have installed the 3.2.10 that is supposed to fix the problem with the duplicated disks .... Well it didn't work for me .. when I import my work it's still broken..
Someone please tell me how to fix this I have days of work sitting in ovf's.
Someone please tell me how to import my ovfs into my ESX hosts with out jumping through hosts.
Who is responsible for the standards in and around OVF format ?
I was a fan of Virtualbox .. but this trouble has cost me so many man hours that I'm about to throw it out.
Some give me a reason not to !
Thanks
