com1 flow control

i i need to be able to use com1 with my ws2310 weather station and the only way i have gotten it to work is with vmware and thats only if i specified in the config file to disable flow control, how would i accomplish disableing flow control with VBox

vmware is to expensive and ive been having issues with it staying running

Please retry with VirtualBox 1.5.4, we fixed several issues regarding the serial port emulation with this version.

now i can finally use my weather station in linux

i still dont know why the linux software for it doesent work but the windows software has more features anyway
