Unable to mount Finnix iso

I am unable to mount the Finnix 100 iso in VirtualBox 3.2.10 r66523. I have verified the md5 against that given on the website as

The error displayed is:

The error VD: error VERR_VD_RAW_INVALID_HEADER opening image file 'C:\finnix-100.iso' (VERR_VD_RAW_INVALID_HEADER) says that the ISO does not conform to standard ISO format and the header is incorrect. If you have burned this to CD/DVD try installing from the ISO file instead. If you have not burned this to CD/DVD you should try that and see if it repairs the format.
