Win2008R2 Install Error

When i try to install windows 2008 r2 i get error (screenshot in attachment).
VBox installed on Win7 x64.
Someone know how to fix it?

turn on hardware -v in your bios.

I haven't this option in my bios.
And there
http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Guest_OSes are no marks that it needs.

If you do not have VT-x/AMD-v (hardware virtualization) in your bios you will not be able to run 64-bit guests in VirtualBox.
