I have installed W7 guest on W7 host.
Host : 4Gb RAM

On the guest's device manager i can see "This device cannot find enough free resources that it can" on vbox video card driver, VB audio driver, VB USB driver and VB device.

The same virtual machin copyed on a XP host work fine.

You need to post the exact error message as it is stated. I am having a bit of trouble understanding what you really mean. Be specific please.

The exacte message is "Ce périphérique ne peut pas trouver suffisamment de ressources libres pour son fonctionnement. (code 12)" but it's in french.

I think what it is saying is that it can not find the proper drivers for the devices.
This usually happens when you copy a previously installed Windows guest to another machine.

First I would install the realtek audio drivers from realtek.com and the VirtualBox guest additions (in the guest) and reboot.
Then you need to uninstall the devices with the yellow exclamation marks and tell Windows to rescan to find the drivers.

Set the guests RAM to no more than 50% of the available memory and see if it works. If not then you will need to actually install the Windows Guest.

I have installed Guest Addition and Realteck driver.
I have tried to remove the device and re-add it, i have tried to desinstall Guest Addition and reinstall it.

I have tried with no more RAM than 50of the host RAM, but alredy the same message

But the only problem with "code 12" and virtual box is about network, and it's an of the only stuff that work on my VM.
