Host: XP SP3 (Modem Wifi or Fusion 3G/SIM)
Guest: Win98SE
I have Adaptor1 set to 'NAT' and, having Googled 'Win98 Internet', selected LAN
configuration & automatically determine IP addresses, etc.
However, at the bottom of the Explorer screen I get 'DNS Error' each time any
web address is selected.
Is this because I am not using a regular modem or LAN? I would like to complete
this final link in the exercise, having successfully installeded both USB2 drivers
and RealTek sound drivers!

Re: Win98 Internet connection
on ports Com10 & 11, and I was getting no DNS resolution on Win98 guest with
this: 'ping www.yahoo.com' failed but 'ping 72.30.2.43' worked.
After switching eventually to WiFi everything worked properly, albeit very slowly.
