this has been on going but, if I have desktop effects, i.e. Compiz and 3D enabled. 99% of the time when I start a guest I get a black screen with two diagonal staired lines across my screen. Usually it will straighten itself out once the desktop finishes loading but not always. Then I have to disabled then re-enable full screen to get it to redraw. I'm not sure why this is but, the release candidate of Linux Mint 10 also will crash befire it can draw the desktop. I haven't run into that with other ubuntu 10.10s so far
I also sometimes run into a situation where the panel/taskbar never draws until I restart the machine. Just some "quirks" I thought I would mention.
