non-existant drive still showing (Solved)

I had made a test.vdi to do a fresh install of something then when I was finished. released the drive, deleted it and it no longer shows in the virtualbox media manager. however, it still shows up in the drop down menu when you are selecting a drive. what do I need to edit to get rid of it? it has no effect on running anything, is just annoying to see it as a choice that isn't there.


nevermind. I found it. Just had to delete it from the VirtualBox.xml files
