Hi all,
It there a way to switch between internal networks in virutal box without having to shut down and start up the guest again?
I am running Ubuntu 9.10 guests on Windows 7 Host. The machines talk to each other fine using virtual box's internal network. But, I would like to be able to switch networks without shutting down the machine. I find that even if I switch the network, the change doesn't occur until the machine has been shut down and restarted.
Any ideas how I can do this without shutting down the guests?
Thanks!

Re: Switching VirtualBox internal networks
Do you mean the Host-only adapter? The host cannot see an internal network - it is only available to vms.
How do you switch networks when the vm is running? Perhaps you could set up two NICs in the vm and connect one to each network. You could then enable/disable them from within the guest OS to change networks.
