using a CD with DOS
this might sound quite noobish but im only just starting out, im learning DOS just to pass the time and thourght about putting games on there, i have made a iso of the game i want and have mounted it to the vitrual machine, but the problem is, is that i dont know the drive letter for the CD i have mounted. so i am asking if anyone knows the drive letter or if anyone knows a way to set the drive letter.

Better try DosBox (Google) for DOS Games. VBOX does not support DOS and Win9x very well.

Dos needs a driver to access CD drive, look for atapi or aspi cd driver.
mscdex has to be used too.

I wonder why you are asking about DOS in the "Windows Guests" forum? Look in "Other Guests" for advice on DOS VMs.
