i am hosting a game server on my guest ip , 10.0.15.2, but when i go to connect from the host box , i cant connect,
can anyone help?

Read chapter 6 - Networking in VirtualBox of the user manual to learn more about the network types. You want to use Bridged or Host-Only, not NAT unless you forward the needed ports.
