Windows Server 2008 R2 boot issue

Aello,
I´m using Windows Server 2008 R2 guest on a Windows 7 Professional 64 Bits host.
After the setup all the server works fine with excelent response time.
But on every boot, my VM don´t boot. When I force the shutdown and new boot, I receive a message that some hardware was changed.
Then I run the recover procedure from Windows Server 2008 R2, but now it don´t works more.
The VM freezes, the Host CPU usage is high. Virtualbox consumes over 50% from the processors and nothing hapens.
I´ll be thankfull with some help.
Attached are the log files from the last runs.
Thanks in advance.
