Hi
We have VirtualBox 3.2.8 running on top of Centos 5.5.
Centos 4.8 guest OS fails to shutdown gracefully. The shutdown results in a loop and has to be powered off by VirtualBox itself.
All other Linux and Windows guests shutdown normally.
Any ideas ???
Thanks

Re: Centos 8.4 shutdown problem
Hi,
http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=33194
i can confirm this for Centos4 (maybe some more w/ older kernel 2.6) and virtual LSI SCSI controller (virtual IDE works ok)The shutdown results in a loop and has to be powered off by VirtualBox itself.
