It is better to use one virtual disk of 60 Go or three disk of 20 Go ?
Dynamic or static is better ?

I have no strong preference here. All my real world PCs have two internal HDDs, one for the OS and all installed apps, the second drive is to store very large data files (such as VDIs) that I don't want to keep on the system drive. However most of my VMs have single drives as the physical reasons having more than one are less pressing.

Again, a matter of taste. Fixed images are the ultimate in simplicity and therefore reliability, however the edge is not so great that this actually sways me. I am not convinced about argued differences in perfomance between dynamic and fixed: I have yet to see any claimed advantage backed up by hard and believable numbers. One thing I would say is that you should at all costs, avoid using snapshots if you value your data. If you don't believe me then just browse the site and notice the number of users asking about recovering data lost after yet another a snapshot related mishap.

Ok
I never do snapshot. Each night i stop virtual server with command line, make a copy on a other server, and restart virtual PC.
