WinXP Guest Automated Log-In Troubles

Hello, I am having troubles configuring a WinXP guest for automated log-in. I have:

• 1. consulted the manual @ http://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch09.h ... ologon_win
  2. installed guest additions by: run -> "d:\VBoxWindowsAdditions /with_autologond:\VBoxWindowsAdditions /with_autologon" . Installed with out errors or anything abnormal.
  3. then, with the the guest running, but from the Gnu\Linux host, VBoxManage controlvm "winxp" setcredentials "foo" "secretpassword" "bar". Again, no errors or whatnot.

Then I reset the guest to test but am still presenting the windows log-in (the default, not the xp log-in). What am I missing?
