Copy & paste between VM and your computer?

It sometimes works and it sometimes doesn't. For example, I'll turn on a new VM session and I can copy a URL in my VirtualBox and then paste it onto my "regular" computer. It works sometimes and then sometimes it doesn't.
Anyone know what I can do to always be able to copy and paste between VM and my computer?

Known issue being resolved (at least improved) in the next maintenance release.

I could be wrong, but I think its the "Auto Capture" function, I just turned it off and I'm hoping this is what the problem is.

Maybe but this
http://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/5266 explains the problem as I see it and if you read to the end you will see that they are intending to have an upgrade soon.
