Unable to boot Windowx XP Guest after VB 3.2.8 upgrade

Hello,
After upgrading VirtualBox from 3.2.6 to 3.2.8 on a Mac 10.6.4 host, I am unable to boot my Windows XP guest. I have attached the log file from VB. Anyone else encountering this or have any ideas?
