imported appliance fails: E_FAIL (0x80004005)

Does anybody know what is the problem.. CENT OS 5.4 and Windows 7 host... this is my only version of the appliances that i exported eeekkkk :shock:

Look at the OVF file and make sure that the bootable drive is listed properly.
This usually happens when there are more than 1 drive in the export.

Ok this is plain weird... I was getting desperate.. downloaded vmware workstartion opend it.. no luck other error :) Now I try again in Virtualbox and it seems to run :shock:
