Quick question
Is it possible to run windows xp/vista on mac os x 10.4 (Tiger) using virtualbox?

Yes, it is possible. But only if your Mac running Tiger is an Intel Mac. PPC Macs are not supported as a VirtualBox Host.

Also, I believe host support for OS X 10.4 (Tiger) was removed in VB 3.1 and above, so you'd need to install a version of VB earlier than 3.1.
