NT4 install disk size limit

Hi All,
I have a question about NT4 install in VirtualBox 3.2.8 (Host XP-SP3).
It is known that NT4 install CDs can only handle/format disk partition of <4GB.
How can I install NT4 on a (virtual) bigger disk?
Reason I am asking is that this would give it more room to grow later without need for separate disks.
I like to keep the system on one virtual disk.
* Is there a simple way to resize the disk later (from within VBox manager tools)?
How does NT4 survive that change?
* Is there a chance to run some of the re-partition tools (i.e partition-magic) inside VBox?
Or do those tools manipulate things too close to the hardware for VBox to survive the surgery?
* I have seen discussions about slipstreaming NT4 with higher SPs. (generally it is discouraged)
If the (yet unproven) assumption is that those would then support larger partitions the next
question would be if that again is applicable to the initial paritioning & install tools run under NT4 installer.
Your feedback / recommendations are appreciated.
Best,
Gert
