What's my syntax error? I know it's something simple...

Hello, I'm a total noob at Virtualbox, but I want to be good at it! I'm going to attach this screen capture of my problem. I'm just trying to clone a .vdi file so that I can have a copy of it, and hopefully also be able to use it on another computer. What am I doing wrong? I've tried it a bunch of ways and I don't get it, but I"m sure it's something extremely stupid and easy to fix!

"x y z.vdi"
Use "" for names with blanks.

And ditch the '<' and '>' characters. These are place holders, it means that you insert data in it's place.

And type the complete filename, including the ".vdi" extension.
