VM guest host window resizing ?

I'm running MAC OS 10.6.4 (as host OS) and Windows 7 (Professional 64-bit) as my guest OS under the VBox VM -

Everything works as expected, except that the actual VM session window is too small to make it productive for using Windows 7 Prof (64-bit).
What command keys are used (if any) or menu option(s) do I need in order to resize my VM window size, as it is really too small to play with......

Also, how do I save the session as a icon on my host machine (MAC OS 10.6.4 desktop), so that when I wan to start the host VM, I can simply click it
and go !

You install the guest additions (in the guest)
You create a start batch that runs a script. See VBoxManage startvm in your VitrualBox users manual.

What is the guest additions ? I simply installed a VM instance using Windows 7 Prof (64-bit) under my Host computer (a MAC OS 10 host) and that is it .....

So in order for me to resize my screen, I need to modify a batch file named Startvm ?

Open your VirtualBox users manual and read Chapter 4. Guest Additions.
Really easy to do. Click on help then contents in the main VBox program.

I see what your saying now. My topic is the first one in the chapter itself.

I will read and follow - again, thank you for the guide! :)
