Remote Desktop crashes guest

I have VirtualBox installed on an Apple server running Snow Leopard Server. My guest OS is Windows 2008 Server R2 Standard.
Everything works fine except Remote Desktop Connection. When I try to RDC to my guest OS it crashes the guest OS (Win 2008) and I have to restart it.
This is VERY important for our operations. PLEASE HELP!
Btw, the reason I'm not using VirtualBox Remote Display is because it doesn't sync with our mouse correctly.
