Steps to Setup Virtual Networking

My Host System is Solaris 10.
My Guest System is Windows 2003.
I want to setup virtual networking for the following scenarios.
Windows OS should be connected to the physical network such that users on the physical network can access the Windows 2003 virtual box.
I've been Google-ing around for a while but there doesn't seem to be a straight forward way to do it.
Can anyone help with steps to do this?
