I have Ubuntu x64 10.10 set up and I'm folding on it. Within a few minutes, however, the clock stops working. Then, all the programs become unresponsive and I have to force shut down the VM. Any ideas?

Beta OSes are not really supported. But without the guests log file there is nothing that anyone can do.
