Windows Server 2008 64Bit R2 on Windows 7 32Bit OS

Hi
I have Windows 7 host of 32bit and I installed Virtual box 3.2.8. I tried installing Windows Server 2008 64bit and when it reaches installing, it reboots showing me blue screen.
I think it is same issue mentioned here

I couldnt locate solution mentioned below to try solution mentioned in above link.
http://www.virtualbox.org/download/test ... tiArch.exe
Can I know from whether this solution worked for others? If yes, I owuld like to try, can I know from where I could get above patch? Thanks
