Convert virtual hard drisk to physical

How can i convert the files from a virtual hard disk to a physical hard disk so i can use it as a real hard drive to boot from.

Symantec backup exec and Acronis True Image both have add-ins that work. I have had more luck with symantec and it has a 60 day free trial on the full version. Use the symantec restore disk to boot, and it will walk you through the process.
