Having VB, Fusion and Parallels I have the following suggestion:

Under VB it is quite hard to move a vm between Mac's, due to the files of the VM being scattered among various folders. The same goed for restoring a vm if desaster strikes.

The competition puts ALL in one OSX package file/folder. Why can't VB do the same?

Because this is currently not implemented. Well, VirtualBox has a different approach and work is going on to change that.
