Windows7 guests Internet not working after switching host

Hi all,
I will give a short description about what I did:
1. Installed a Windows7 64-bit (Enterprise-Edition) guest on a Windows7 64-bit host.
2. Started the guest and everything worked fine (internet via LAN, audio, etc.), didn't install guest additions, though.
3. Exported the Windows7 guest system and imported the appliance on my MacBook (running SnowLeopard).
4. Installed the guest additions.
I use NAT for networking and face the following strange problem now:
The Windows7 guest detects the network connection and can find all the computers of the network, my host laptop ist connected to (by WLAN). Nonetheless my Windows7 guest tells me "No Internet Access" and I cannot access the internet, although it works on my host Macbook.
I searched the forum, but I didn't find an answer to the problem. It looks to me like a problem of Windows7 itself, however it occured right after I changed my virtual machine host. My audio connection is also not working after the change, although I don't care about this at the moment as I found some general audio issues with Windows7 guest and MacOS host in the forum.
Cheers,
Johannes
