Can't Install VirtualBox

I double-click the setup, it asks for premission, I click ok and nothing happened, I even tryed to wait 10 minutes and still nothing.
I also have problems with the Temp folder for other programs.

If you have problems with your temp folder with other programs as well, you need to fix that first. This is, as it appears now, not a VB problem, but an issue on your Host. The VB installer uses, just like any other installer, temporary files and if your temp folder isn't working, the installer won't either.
