I followed the instruction (http://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch04.html) but coudn't find VBoxGuestAdditions.iso in the application bundle of VirtualBox.

Please suggest what I should do. Thanks

Just start the VM and click on the Devices menu, then at the bottom click on "Install Guest Additions". The ISO should now be loaded. If it isn't, then unmount the currently loaded medium first, then try again.

I have the same problem and the further solution did not help

I´m Using iMac with Mavericks and VirtualBox Ver 4.3.8.
guest-System is WIN XP Pro (running fine)
If I click on the DVD-Symbol and use "Choose a virtual CD/DVD-Disk-File
the Finder-Window opens. But nowhere on my machine I can find the iso......

What´s my mistake??

Start the guest and then click on the device tab at the top then click on insert guest additions.

Oh......

I never looked at the top of the screen..... just looked at the window itself....
